Experience and Observations Part II

To grow the organization in healthy and fruitful manner, all needs to work as a team and show a real team spirit into the organization. All needs to leave their own ego outside of the work environment and perform their defined work.

To improve the team culture inside the organization, we need to make a system which can force them to work as a team. i.e., mandatory review of failures and actions discussion, daily meeting on shop floor with all process owners, monthly internal get to gather , celebration of birthdays in company etc., such activities will defiantly help us the create a good environment of work in our organization.

As a Operation professional, I always trying to make an internal review mechanism so robust and inter linkage with other processes so that each and every person need others help to achieve their KPI / Goals. Individual Goals will be fulfill the organization goals and growth for the future.

Always we need to keep in mind that “System runs the organization , An organization should not run the system”.
